The property was well-located at the corner of then Sullivan Road and I-285 just south of Hartsfield Airport.

It had excellent exposure and access onto I-285.

Potential uses included a hotel, office building, convenience store, or branch bank.

However, the Airport needed the land for the new 5th runway.

In March 1993 this property was sold to the Airport in lieu of condemnation.
