In 1996 Southeast Management (Atlanta) and Westbury Properties, Inc. (Warner Robins) set out to produce multiple small office buildings.
The first was a 5,049 SF two-story, Williamsburg-style office building.
General contractor for the project was Chelsea Construction.
At that time, Chelsea was an affiliate of Southeast Management.
This building served as the middle Georgia headquarters for both Chelsea and Westbury.
Later, to accommodate its growth, Chelsea moved to a larger building.
Westbury continues to maintain its offices there.
