In 1990, Chelsea began developing residential subdivisions and building single family homes in Warner Robins, GA.

Subdivisions included Hyde Park, Quail Run North II, Magnolia Hill, and Tucker Place.

Prices ranged from $80-100K (Hyde Park), $90-105K (Quail Run North II), $140K and up (Magnolia Hill), and $120K and up (Tucker Place).

Chelsea often acted in the dual role of developer and exclusive builder.

Chelsea is no longer active in residential development and construction.

Its primary focus became commercial construction and insurance restoration.

In November 2006, Chelsea was sold to a group of its managers.
